After leaving my post as Banquet Chef at Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2003, I worked as a private chef from 2004-2011. During this time I got to travel quite extensively tasting local cuisine and taking in the local flavor and culture. Over the years I have cooked for professional athletes, A-List celebrities, and distinguished politicians. While I keep all of my clients confidential, I am highly sought after to this day to host private dinner parties across the country.
In early 2011, sensing an opportunity to differentiate myself from the pack, I founded Cater Phoenix. It was a simple idea... do it better than everyone else. The response has been incredible!
